Best Inn & Suites Buena Park, Buena Park

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. While I appreciated the size and cleanliness of the family suite we booked, my stay was overshadowed by significant issues. I faced unexpected complications with my reservation, including being wrongly marked as a no-show, which resulted in additional charges and left me scrambling for a new place to stay. Overall, while the room itself offered good value for money, the service issues made it hard to enjoy the hotel.

My experience at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the lack of attention to detail, especially in terms of customer service, left a lot to be desired. The overall cleanliness and breakfast options were decent, but parking was a nightmare, and I felt unwelcome at times, which significantly affected my stay.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk from Knotts Berry Farm, perfect for family trips. The staff was genuinely warm and accommodating, which really stood out during my stay. However, the lack of hot water for a couple of days was disappointing and really affected our comfort.
